Our Instructors

The main brazilian jiujitsu instuctor is Jacob Nickoson. He is a first degree black belt under Jorge Gurgel. Jake has over a decade of teaching experience working with grapplers and fighters of all ages.

Jake Halsey has over 10 years of competitive combat sports experience between bjj, muay thai, mma, and boxing.  He also has over 8 years of experience coaching both adults and kids mixed martial arts.

Adult No GI

The Adult No-Gi Jiu Jitsu classes at our martial arts school offer a dynamic and challenging training environment. Throughout the week, participants can engage in sessions that focus on grappling and ground fighting without the traditional Gi. This format helps improve physical conditioning, agility, and technical skills, suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with both midday and evening options available to accommodate various schedules.
