Our 4-week Kid’s Intro Program is designed to help new students start with confidence. Your child will learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including academy rules, how to wear their uniform, simple warm-ups, and foundational movements, so they feel comfortable and prepared. With pre-registration, each child receives their first gi for FREE, and by the end of the program they’re ready to seamlessly transition into our regular kid’s classes without feeling confused or out of place. (Ages 5-12)

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program helps children build confidence, discipline, and real skill in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Classes focus on fundamental movement, core jiu-jitsu techniques, and positive training habits, giving beginners a strong foundation while keeping learning engaging and fun. Beyond technique, we emphasize consistency, focus, and learning to work through challenges—skills that help kids grow both on and off the mat. As students progress, we also provide a clear pathway for those who want to push themselves through competition, while continuing to support kids whose goals are confidence, fitness, and personal growth. Our goal is to help shape capable grapplers and confident young leaders, meeting each child where they are.
